All content on the Platform—including forecasts, discussions, rankings, and user-generated insights—is for informational and entertainment purposes only.

• We are not a licensed financial advisor, broker-dealer, investment advisor, or prediction-market operator.
• Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment advice, personalized recommendations, or an offer to buy or sell any security.
• You should consult a licensed financial professional before making any investment decisions.
• Nothing on the Platform creates any fiduciary duty between us and any user.

You are solely responsible for all content you post, including forecasts, opinions, comments, and data (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content on the Platform and in Platform-related promotional materials.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is false, misleading, manipulative, or deceptive
• Violates securities laws or regulations
• Encourages or facilitates market manipulation
• Is defamatory, abusive, threatening, or hateful
• Contains spam, scams, or malicious code
• Violates intellectual property rights of others

We do not endorse User Content and have no duty to monitor, validate, or verify the accuracy or reliability of any User Content.

We may remove or restrict User Content at our discretion.

Users retain ownership of their User Content, subject to the license granted above.

We may offer rewards such as points, rankings, badges, tokens, or other incentives based on forecast accuracy or participation (collectively, “Rewards”).

Important:

• Rewards have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and may not be transferred or exchanged.
• Rewards do not constitute gambling, wagering, or participation in a prediction market.
• Rewards are for entertainment and gamification only.
• Participation in the Rewards Program is optional and subject to rules we establish.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Rewards Program at any time without notice and without liability.
• We make no guarantee of any type of reward or payment.

To maintain fairness, we may impose rules governing predictions and user activity, including but not limited to:

• Limits on the number of forecasts per stock or per time period
• Defined prediction windows (e.g., minimum 30 days, maximum 1 year)
• Restrictions on updates or edits to predictions (e.g., one-time update limit)
• Use of timestamps as the final authoritative record
• Anti-copying or anti-abuse mechanisms
• Prohibition of automated bots or scraping tools

We may enforce these rules at our sole discretion and may disqualify or remove users who attempt to manipulate rankings, copy predictions unfairly, artificially inflate accuracy, or otherwise abuse the system.

The Platform may display market data or financial information sourced from third-party providers (e.g., Financial Modeling Prep).

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any market data. Such data may be delayed, incorrect, or unavailable.

Our internal timestamps, logs, and stored data records are deemed final and authoritative for resolving any disputes related to forecasts, results, or Rewards.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Attempt to manipulate or distort markets through false or deceptive forecasts
• Engage in securities fraud or any activity that violates applicable laws
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Access the Platform using automated tools, scrapers, or bots without authorization
• Interfere with Platform operations or security

Any violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

All non-user content on the Platform—including logos, branding, interface elements, algorithms, documentation, and features—is owned by the Company or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or publicly display Platform content without express permission.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or participate in behavior that harms the Platform or other users.

We may also remove or restrict access to any content at any time.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We are not responsible for:

• Losses or damages resulting from reliance on User Content
• Any investment losses or financial decisions made by users
• Inaccurate forecasts or misleading User Content
• Errors, delays, inaccuracies, or interruptions in market data
• Data loss, security breaches, or unauthorized access
• Platform downtime, maintenance, or unavailability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve (12) months (if any).

You agree to our separate Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable privacy laws when using the Platform.

You agree to follow all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, including but not limited to those related to:

• Securities trading
• Market manipulation
• Financial disclosures
• Data protection and privacy regulations

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform.

We may suspend, limit, or alter Platform functionality for maintenance, technical issues, operational reasons, or at our discretion.

We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime or technical disruptions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

Any disputes arising from or relating to the Platform or these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by law.

We may modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
